About Us

The National Secondary & Higher Education Excellence Council (NATIONAL SHE) is a not-for-profit, mission-driven organization dedicated to “EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE, EVOLVE, EMBRACE, EMPOWER, EXCEL” every student, youth, woman, and underserved community through education, vocational skill development, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Guided by the belief that social equity, economic dignity, and national progress begin with access to quality education and skills, NATIONAL SHE aligns its efforts with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and national development priorities to build a people-centred, inclusive education–skills–careers ecosystem that strengthens institutions and prepares individuals for a dynamic, knowledge-driven, and future-ready India.

We collaborate with Schools, Colleges, Universities, educational and training institutions, industries, CSR partners, philanthropists, donors, communities, and government bodies to bridge the gap between academic learning, vocational skills, employability, entrepreneurship, and sustainable careers.

Inspired by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, NATIONAL SHE is guided by the philosophy of Integral Transformation that nurtures the Physical, Vital, Mental, Psychic, and Spiritual dimensions of human potential, we promote holistic growth through industry-aligned training, ethical certifications, scholarships and micro-scholarships, entrepreneurship support, and sustained mentoring and career handholding.
